Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis membekali siswa dengan keterampilan administrasi, pengelolaan dokumen, pelayanan bisnis, serta teknologi perkantoran modern. Siswa akan mempelajari tata kelola organisasi, komunikasi bisnis, pengarsipan, dan penggunaan perangkat lunak perkantoran. Selain itu, mereka juga diajarkan etika profesional, manajemen waktu, serta strategi pelayanan pelanggan.

Lulusan jurusan ini dapat bekerja sebagai staf administrasi, sekretaris, customer service, atau manajer operasional di perusahaan, instansi pemerintah, dan sektor bisnis lainnya. Dengan kemampuan manajerial dan teknologi yang kuat, lulusan juga dapat menjadi wirausahawan di bidang jasa dan layanan bisnis.

Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis memiliki peminatan seperti Administrasi Perkantoran, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Layanan Pelanggan dan Public Relations (PR), Manajemen Operasional dan Bisnis, serta Kearsipan dan Dokumentasi Digital. Setiap peminatan membekali siswa dengan keterampilan administratif, komunikasi bisnis, pengelolaan sumber daya, serta operasional perusahaan.

Lulusan jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis dapat bekerja sebagai Staf Administrasi, Sekretaris, atau Manajer Operasional di perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintah. Mereka juga bisa menjadi Customer Service, Humas (Public Relations), atau Staf Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Selain itu, lulusan dapat berkarier sebagai Arsiparis, Office Manager, atau bahkan menjadi Wirausahawan di bidang jasa dan layanan bisnis.
